יכול המנהל הכללי לתת פגרה מכל סוג שהוא לכל פקידי מסלות הברזל הישראליות בהתאם לתקנות שירות המדינה [במקור: לתקנות השירות במושבות], לתקנות הפגרה של ממשלת ישראל הנוהגות באותה שעה או בהתאם לתנאי החוזה של כל פקיד ופקיד.
