12. אחסון בוצה
המחזיק בבוצה לתקופה העולה על שבוע ימים, יאחסן אותה בהתאם לדרישות אלה:
(1)המרחק בין מקום האחסון לבין מקור מים עיליים לא יפחת מ־100 מטרים;
(2)מפלס מי התהום במקום האחסון יהיה 30 מטרים לפחות מפני הקרקע, ומקום האחסון לא יהיה בתוך אזורי מגן;
(3)הבוצה לא תגרום לריח חזק או בלתי סביר ולא תהווה מצע להתפתחות חרקים;
(4)המשטח שמשמש לאחסון הבוצה יהיה אטום מפני חלחול;
(5)תשטיפים שמקורם בבוצה יחוברו למערכת טיפול בשפכים.
