4. תוקף האישור וחידושו
(א)תקפו של אישור הוא לשנה אחת בלבד.
(ב)בקשה לאישור חדש תוגש למהנדס במשרדו במחוז שבו נמצאת מערכת הטיהור שלושה חדשים לפני פקיעת תוקף האישור.
(ג)הוגשה בקשה לאישור חדש, רשאי המבקש להמשיך ולהשתמש בקולחים עד להחלטת המהנדס.
