Section 10 of תקנות הבטיחות בעבודה (ניטור סביבתי וניטור ביולוגי של עובדים בגורמים מזיקים), התשע״א–2011, תחילה.
10. תחילה
(א)תחילתן של תקנות אלה 60 ימים מיום פרסומן (להלן – יום התחילה).
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), במקום עבודה או במפעל, העוסקים בייצור ופירוק מצברים, תהיה תחילתו של הפריט עופרת בתוספת השלישית, שנתיים מיום פרסום התקנות, ובלבד שרמת העופרת בדם של העובדים לא תעלה על 30 µg/100 mL לנשים ועל 45 µg/100 mL לשאר העובדים.
