6. מועדים שונים לביצוע בדיקות סביבתיות
מפקח עבודה אזורי רשאי להורות על ביצוע בדיקות סביבתיות–תעסוקתיות או על ביצוע בדיקות בתכיפות שונה או במועדים שונים מהאמור בתקנה 4 או בתקנות הייחודיות, הכל בכפוף לקריטריונים שעליהם יורה מפקח העבודה הראשי בנוהל.
