מוצר לייזר שביום התחילה אין עליו סימון רמת הסיכון, יעבור בדיקה של מעבדה מאושרת לסיווג וסימון רמת הסיכון בתוך שנה מיום התחילה, ועד לסימון כאמור יראו אותו כמסווג ברמת הסיכון 4.
