13א. פועלו של ביטול לגבי תקנות ומינויים
מקום שתחיקת בטחון ביטלה דין או תחיקת בטחון, וקבעה תחתם הוראות אחרות, הרי תחיקת בטחון, תקנות או רשיונות שניתנו ומינויים שנעשו מכוחם של הדין או תחיקת הבטחון המבוטלים, והיה להם תוקף בשעת הביטול, יעמדו בתקפם, במידה שאינם סותרים את הוראות תחיקת הבטחון המבטלת, עד שיבוטלו או עד שיוחלפו בתקנות, ומינויים שנעשו לפי תחיקת הבטחון המבטלת, והוא כשאין כוונה אחרת משתמעת.
