22. כניסה ושימוש בכוח
ניתנה סמכות בתחיקת בטחון, רשאי מי שהוסמך כאמור, וכל אדם אחר הפועל לפי הוראותיו להיכנס בכל זמן לכל מקום, לרבות כלי טיס, כלי רכב, או כלי שיט, ולהשתמש לשם כך ולשם ביצוע הסמכות, בכוח סביר במידה הדרושה לפי הנסיבות, כלפי אדם, מקרקעין או מטלטלין.
