כל הוראה בדין המדברת בפרסום בעתון הרשמי, בין כרשות ובין כחובה, וכן על מנהג לפרסם כאמור, יתפרשו כמדברים בפרסום ברבים בדרך המספיקה, לדעת מפקד כוחות צה״ל באזור, להביאה לידיעת הנוגעים בדבר.
