2. העברת תיק הועדה
משהוגש ערעור, יודיע מזכיר בית המשפט המחוזי לועדת הערר על הגשתו, ויושב ראש הועדה יעביר לבית המשפט את פרוטוקול הועדה וכל חומר שהועדה נזקקה לו בקשר לענין המשמש נושא לערעור.
