תיקון: תשל״ז, תשנ״ב, תשפ״א
עם הגשת כתב הערר ישלם העורר בועדה אגרה בסכום הנקוב בפסקה (5) בתוספת הראשונה לתקנות בית משפט (אגרות), התשמ״ח–1987 (בתקנות אלה – תקנות האגרות), ולענין זה יראו כשווי התובענה את סכום המס השנוי במחלוקת.
