11. הגדרות
בפרק זה –
”כלי שיט“ – כל אחד מאלה:
(1)כלי שיט שתפוסתו 100 טונות ברוטו ומעלה לרבות אסדה, ולעניין תקנה 13 – כלי שיט שתפוסתו 400 טונות ברוטו ומעלה לרבות אסדה;
(2)כלי שיט המורשה להסיע 15 אנשים ומעלה;
”פעולה“ – השלכת אשפה לים, שריפתה או ריקונה בנמל;
”תוכנית“ – תוכנית לניהול אשפה, המבוססת על הנחיות אימ״ו לעניין תוכנית ניהול אשפה.
