14. פרטים לרישום ביומן אשפה
ביומן אשפה תירשם כל פעולה, בסמוך ככל האפשר לביצועה, כמפורט להלן, ולפי דברי ההסבר שבתוספת השלישית:
(1)תאריך ביצוע הפעולה;
(2)שעת ביצוע הפעולה;
(3)מיקום כלי השיט (קו אורך וקו רוחב) בעת ביצוע הפעולה;
(4)סוג האשפה;
(5)הכמות המשוערת (במטרים מעוקבים) של האשפה;
(6)אירעה השלכת אשפה בנסיבות המפורטות בתקנה 7 – יירשמו ביומן האשפה נסיבות ההשלכה וסיבותיה והאמצעים שננקטו לצמצום ההשלכה ומניעתה.
