3. חלוקה חדשית של מכסות חלב
תיקון: תשמ״ח, ס״ח תשע״א
המנהל רשאי לחלק את מכסת החלב של יצרן למכסות חלב חדשיות, בתנאי שסך כל כמויות החלב של מכסות החלב החדשיות, יהיה שווה למכסת החלב שנקבעה, או שתיקבע לאותו יצרן.
