10. מילוי בקבוקי חלב
(א)יצרן ימלא בֶּחלב בקבוקי זכוכית נקיים ומחוטאים שכושר קיבולם 1000 מל״ל או 500 מל״ל או 200 מל״ל ושקוטר פייתם הוא 38 מ״מ או לתוך מיכל אחר שאושר על־ידי המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות.
(ב)המילוי כאמור יבוצע במכונה ולפי שיטה שיאושרו על־ידי המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות; ובלבד שכל מילוי ייעשה ללא מגע ידי־אדם בבקבוקים, במיכלי השיווק ובחלב המפוסטר.
