22. אין לעקוף את תהליך הפיסטור
(א)חלב שלא עבר תהליך הפיסטור לא יגיע ולא יוכל להגיע למערכת המילוי, אלא דרך מיתקני הפיסטור ולאחר השלמת תהליך הפיסטור כנדרש.
(ב)בסעיף זה –
”מערכת המילוי“ – כל המיתקנים, המיכלים, הצינורות, הציוד והמכונות החל ממיתקן הפיסטור וכלה במילוי החלב המפוסטר במיכלים או בבקבוקים.
