כל הסידורים והפעולות הקשורים בייצור חלב מפוסטר ובבקורתו, החזקתו, הובלתו, איחסונו ושיווקו ייעשו במבנים ובאמצעות מיתקנים, מכונות וציוד הבנויים, מוחזקים ומופעלים בהתאם להוראות המנהל ולפי שיטות ותהליכים שאושרו על־ידיו.
