5א. הודעה לכוורנים על סירוב לתת רשיון משווק
תיקון: תשמ״ג־2
מבקש הסמכה למשווק מורשה, לפי סעיף 5, שבקשתו לא אושרה, יודיע על כך לכוורנים שהתקשרו אתו כאמור בסעיף 5(ב) תוך שבוע ימים מהיום שנודע לו על הסירוב.
