2. היתר לייבוא, להחזקה וייצור
תיקון: תשנ״ה
(א)לא ייבא אדם מיקרואורגניסם, מעביר או תרכיב אלא דרך נמל יבוא ועל פי היתר בכתב מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאיו.
(ב)לא יחזיק ולא יפיץ אדם מיקרואורגניסם, מעביר או תרכיב, לצורך מחקר, איבחון, הוראה או מטרה אחרת, ולא ייצר תרכיב, אלא בהיתר בכתב מאת המנהל ובהתאם לתנאי ההיתר.
