4. אגרת היתר
תיקון: תשל״ז, תשל״ט, תש״ם, תשמ״א, תשמ״ז, [הודעות]
(א)בעד מתן היתר לפי תקנה 3 לייבוא חד־פעמי של תרכיב או לייצור חוזר של תרכיבים בשנת כספים, תשולם אגרה בסך 30.00 שקלים חדשים (מתואם לאוקטובר 1986; החל מיולי 2026, 230 ש״ח) לכל היתר.
(ב)היתר לייבוא או להחזקה של מיקרואורגניסם, מעביר או דוגמה מסחרית של תרכיב, פטורים מתשלום אגרה.
