תיקון: תשפ״א
(א)לא ייצר יצרן חלב בשותפות, אלא בהיתר לפי סעיף 7(ה)(2) לחוק מוועדת המכסות ובהתאם לתנאיו, ולפי פרק זה.
(ב)(בוטלה).
