21. פעולות משלימות
לאחר קבלת היתר ועדת המכסות לשותפות לפי פרק זה –
(1)היצרנים השותפים יעבירו העתק חתום של הסכם השותפות לוועדת המכסות;
(2)השותפות תפעל לרישומה כדין, אם אינה רשומה, ותעביר לוועדת המכסות העתק מתעודת רישום השותפות.
