38. הודעה מוקדמת על העברת מכסה לנושה של יצרן
(א)ועדת המכסות רשאית לרשום לפניה הודעה כי יש ליצרן חוב כלפי נושה, וכי התחייב לפני נושהו שדמי פדיון מכסתו ישמשו ערובה לחובו.
(ב)רשמה ועדת המכסות הודעה כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תמסור לנושה הודעה על כוונה להעביר את מכסתו של היצרן ליצרן אחר, 15 ימים לפחות לפני מועד ההעברה.
