1. בקשת היתר
בקשה להיתר כניסה לשטח משכן הכנסת שהכניסה אליו לא הותרה לפי תקנות משכן הכנסת ורחבתו (שטחים מותרים בכניסה), תשכ״ח–1968 (להלן – בקשה להיתר), תוגש לקצין הכנסת או לעובד אחר של הכנסת שקבע יושב ראש הכנסת.
