1. היתר למבקרים להלך יחד
(א)קבוצת מבקרים שמטרתה ביקור בכנסת, רשאית להלך יחד בשטח המותר בכניסה לפי תקנות משכן הכנסת ורחבתו (קביעת שטחים מותרים בכניסה), תשכ״ח–1968.
(ב)קבוצת מבקרים כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), רשאית להלך יחד בשטח האסור בכניסה, אם ניתן לה רשיון לבקר במשכן בהתאם לסעיף 3(ב) לחוק ובמקומות שנקבעו בהיתר.
