2. רשימת רופאים
(א)המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות יערוך לפי בקשת המנהל רשימת רופאים המייצגים את שטחי הרפואה השונים והם מנהלי מחלקות בבתי חולים בישראל.
(ב)הרשימה תכיל לא פחות מעשרים שמות; פחת מספר הרופאים הרשומים מעשרים, ישלים המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות את הרשימה; ואולם אין במספר הרופאים הרשומים ברשימה כדי לפגוע בחוקיותה.
(ג)המנהל הכללי של משרד הבריאות רשאי להוסיף על הרופאים הרשומים ככל שנראה לו דרוש או מועיל.
