8. חוות דעת
הרופא הבודק ימציא חוות דעתו למנהל, ובה ינקוט עמדה מנומקת בשאלה אם מחמת מצב בריאותו נבצר מן הנבדק להמשיך במילוי תפקידו; לחוות הדעת יצורפו כל המסמכים שנעשו תוך כדי בדיקות הנבדק וכל חומר אחר בכתב המתייחס לבירור הרפואי.
