תיקון: תש״ח, תש״ח־2
(1)מבלי הסכמתו של שר האוצר אסור לכל אדם, פרט כמצוה בצו זה, להעביר, להוציא מרשותו או לטפל בדרך אחרת ברכושו של כל אויב, ושום העברה, משכנתא או חוזה חכירה של רכוש אויב או נתין אויב לא יירשמו בספרי האחוזה, בלא הסכמתו של האפוטרופוס.
(2)מס בשעור של לירה אחת ישולם לאפוטרופוס עם הגשת בקשה לקבלת ההסכמה הנ״ל.
