2. קנס מינהלי קצוב
תיקון: תשע״ד
| לעבירה מינהלית כאמור בתקנה 1 יהיה קנס מינהלי קצוב כמפורט להלן: | בשקלים חדשים |
| (1) בעבירה מינהלית על סעיף 6ב לחוק | 300 |
| (2) בעבירה מינהלית על סעיף 14 לחוק – |
| (א) לענין עובד ששכרו משתלם על בסיס חודשי ואשר הועסק במשך 12 ימים לפחות | 5,000 לכל חודש שבו הועסק העובד |
| (ב) לענין עובד ששכרו משתלם על בסיס חודשי, שהועסק במשך פחות מ־12 ימים, או ששכרו משתלם שלא על בסיס חודשי | 200 לכל יום שבו הועסק העובד |
| (3) בעבירה מינהלית על סעיף 14א לחוק | מחצית הקנס הקבוע בפסקה (2)(א) או (ב), לפי הענין |
| (4) בעבירה מינהלית לפי סעיף 15ג(ב) לחוק | 5,000 |
