2. קנס מינהלי קצוב
לעבירה מינהלית כאמור בתקנה 1 יהיה קנס מינהלי קצוב –
(1)לגבי יחיד – כקבוע לצדה בטור ב׳ בתוספת;
(2)לגבי תאגיד – פי חמישה מהאמור בפסקה (1).
