חברת נפט תמציא למנהל לפי דרישתו כל פרט, מסמך, תעודה או דין וחשבון הקשורים לרכישת נפט גולמי או מוצרי נפט, יבואו, החזקתו ושיווקו, לרבות היקף מלאי מכל סוג וערכו.
