2. קנס מינהלי קצוב
תיקון: תשנ״ז, תשס״ג, תשס״ט
לעבירה המינהלית כאמור בתקנה 1 יהיה קנס מינהלי קצוב כלהלן:
(1)ליחיד –
(א)שלא במסגרת עסקו או משלח ידו – כקבוע לצדה בטור ג׳ בתוספת;
(ב)במסגרת עסקו או משלח ידו – כקבוע לצדה בטור ד׳ בתוספת;
(2)לתאגיד במסגרת עסקו או משלח ידו – כקבוע לצדה בטור ד׳ בתוספת;
(3)על אף האמור בפסקאות (1) ו־(2), נעברה העבירה בידי אדם שהוא קבלן כוח אדם או לשכה פרטית – יהיה הקנס כקבוע לצדה בטור ו׳ בתוספת.
