Section 2 of תקנות העבירות המינהליות (קנס מינהלי – הודעת סוחר במקלטי טלוויזיה), התשס״ב–2002, קנס מינהלי קצוב.
2. קנס מינהלי קצוב
(א)לעבירה המינהלית כאמור בתקנה 1 יהיה קנס מינהלי קצוב של 400 שקלים חדשים לגבי כל מקלט שנמכר או הושכר.
(ב)הקנס המינהלי הקצוב לעבירה מינהלית חוזרת יהיה כפל הקנס האמור בתקנת משנה (א).
(ג)בתקנה זו, ”עבירה מינהלית חוזרת“ – כקבוע בתקנה 1(א)(2) לתקנות העבירות המינהליות, התשמ״ו–1986.
