2. קנס מינהלי
לכל עבירה מינהלית כאמור בתקנה 1 יהיה קנס מינהלי קצוב בסכום של חמשת אלפים שקלים חדשים, וקנס של מאתיים שקלים חדשים לכל יום נוסף שבו נעברה העבירה.
