18. עבירה בקשר לתחקיר מבצעי
העושה אחת מאלה, בניגוד להוראות סעיף 72 לחוק, דינו – מאסר שישה חודשים:
(א)גילה דבר מחומר תחקיר או עשה שימוש בחומר תחקיר שלא למטרה שלשמה נמסר לו;
(ב)לא פעל בהתאם להוראות הרשות בעניין שמירת סודיות חומר תחקיר.
