9. שימוש נוסף במידע ובחומר הקלטה
תיקון: תשס״א
(א)נתגלה במידע שהושג בהאזנה או בחומר ההקלטה חומר העשוי לשמש למניעת פגיעה בבטחון המדינה, או לשמש למניעת עבירות או לגילוי עבריינים בעבירות מסוג פשע, רשאית רשות מוסמכת, על אף האמור בתקנה 3, להעביר את המידע וחומר ההקלטה לרשות מוסמכת אחרת או למוסד למודיעין ולתפקידים מיוחדים.
(ב)העברת מידע כאמור בתקנת משנה (א), תיעשה רק ככל שהדבר דרוש לצורך מילוי תפקידו של מי שאליו מועבר המידע, ותלווה באישור שלו בכתב, על כך ועל דבר קבלת המידע.
