תיקון: תשס״א
בית המשפט המודיע ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה על קיומו של תנאי מקפח בחוזה אחיד כאמור בסעיף 20 לחוק, יצרף להודעתו את כתבי בי־הדין בהליך או ייתן הוראות בדבר המצאתם ליועץ המשפטי לממשלה; בתקנה זו, ”בית משפט“ ו”כתבי בי־דין“ – כהגדרתם בתקנות סדר הדין האזרחי, התשמ״ד–1984.
