1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מזון רגיש מסוים“ – מזון רגיש כמפורט בתוספת;
”משלוח מזון רגיש מסוים“ – משלוח הכולל מזון רגיש מסוים בלבד או משלוח הכולל מזון רגיש מסוים ומזון רגיל בלבד, שהגיע לתחנת הסגר בתקופה הקובעת או שהגיע לתחנת הסגר לפני התקופה הקובעת וערב התקופה הקובעת טרם ניתנה לו תעודת שחרור;
”התקופה הקובעת“ – התקופה שמיום פרסומן של תקנות אלה (ביום 13.4.2022) עד יום כ״ג בניסן התשפ״ב (24 באפריל 2022).
