2. רשיון
תיקון: תשס״ב
(א)לא יקים אדם ולא יחזיק משק טיפוח, הפצה, רביה וגידול פרגיות אלא לפי רשיון שניתן לו לפי תקנות אלה (להלן – הרשיון).
(ב)המנהל רשאי לתת רשיון לאחר התייעצות עם מנהל המחלקה.
