1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”המשרד“ – משרד התעשיה המסחר והתעסוקה;
”קבלן כוח אדם“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 10 לחוק העסקת עובדים על ידי קבלני כוח אדם, התשנ״ו–1996;
”רבעון“ – תקופה בת 3 חודשים המסתיימת ביום האחרון של החודש השלישי, השישי, התשיעי והשנים־עשר של השנה.
