3. מחיר אחיד
בתחנת תדלוק שנמכר בה מוצר דלק במחיר אחיד, בין שהוא ניתן בשירות עצמי, ובין שהוא נמכר בשירות מלא, יכול שיוצג בשלט מחיר אחד לאותו מוצר, ובלבד שיוצג תחת המילים ”מחיר בשירות מלא או בשירות עצמי“.
