תיקון: תשס״ט
ניתנה למפעל תעשיה כמות מים מוקצית לתעשיה על יסוד הקף ייצור חזוי, והוברר בתום השנה כי הקף הייצור בפועל היה גדול או קטן מההקף החזוי, תוגדל או תוקטן כמות המים המוקצית לתעשיה בהתאם לכך בתחולה מלמפרע, בתנאי שהנתונים הומצאו למנהל הרשות הממשלתית לא יאוחר מאשר תוך חדשיים מתום השנה.
