תיקון: תשס״ט
מלון המבקש להגדיל את הקצאת המים שלו בשנה מסוימת יגיש בקשה לכך לא יאוחר מתום השנה שאליה מתייחסת הבקשה; בכל מקרה לא תעלה ההקצאה השנתית על 750 מ״ק לחדר תפוס בשנה במלון נופש ועל 430 מ״ק לחדר תפוס בשנה במלון עירוני.
