1. הגדרות
בתקנות אלה –
”מרשם“ – מרשם תורמי מוח עצם המבקש היתר ובעל היתר, לרבות מרשם קיים;
”מרשם קיים“ – מרשם שביום התחילה של החוק הפעיל מרשם שבו מידע לגבי תורמי מוח עצם, וחלות לגביו הוראות סעיף 91 [צ״ל: סעיף 19] לחוק.
