תיקון: תשס״ט
הממונה ידווח לוועדת הפנים והגנת הסביבה של הכנסת, אחת לשנה ולא יאוחר מיום 31 במרס לגבי השנה שקדמה לה, על ייצור, ייבוא, ייצוא ומכירה של כל אחד מסוגי החומרים המפוקחים, לרבות המכסות שנקבעו למכירה לפי תקנה 4 וזהותם של מקבלי מכסות אלה; בדיווח כאמור תיכלל השוואה בין נתוני השנה המדווחת לזו שקדמה לה.
