6א. חלוקת הכמות המותרת לשימוש של מתיל ברומיד
תיקון: תשס״ה, תשס״ט
המנהל יקבע את אופן חלוקת הכמות המותרת לשימוש כמפורט בטור ג׳ של חלק ב׳ לתוספת השלישית, בהתאם לאמות מידה שהוא יקבע לפי סוג השימוש, משך השימוש והיקפו; לענין תקנה זו, ”המנהל“ –
(1)בכל הנוגע לשימוש בחקלאות – מנהל השירותים להגנת הצומח ולביקורת במשרד החקלאות ופיתוח הכפר;
(2)בכל הנוגע לשימוש בתברואה – המנהל לפי תקנות רישוי עסקים (הדברת מזיקים), התשל״ה–1975.
