11. פרטי זיהוי
תיקון: 1429
(א)לא יפתח בנק חשבון בלי לרשום פרטי זיהוי של בעל חשבון ומיופה כוחו, כפי שיקבע המפקח בתקנות (להלן – התקנות).
(א1)לא ירשום בנק מיופה כוח או מורשה חתימה בחשבון בלי לרשום את פרטי הזיהוי שלהם, כפי שקבע המפקח בתקנות.
(ב)ראה המפקח שבנק לא רשם את פרטי הזיהוי של בעל החשבון, של מיופה כוח או של מורשה חתימה, מחמת שסירבו למוסרם או מחמת שלא מסרו אותם, רשאי הוא להורות לבנק שלא לספק טפסי שיקים לאותו חשבון.
(ג)(הוחלף).
