17. פטור מאחריות פלילית
תיקון: 1429
לא ישאו בנק, בנק הדואר, רשות הדואר, המפקח, עובדיהם והבאים מטעמם באחריות פלילית בשל מעשה או מחדל שעשו בתום לב לביצוע צו זה. לענין סעיף זה – ”בנק הדואר“ – כמשמעותו בסעיף 20א.
