3. סייג בשל מצב רפואי מסוים למבוטח מסוים
על אף האמור בתקנה 2, סייג לחבות המבטח או להיקף הכיסוי בשל מצב רפואי מסוים שפורט בדף פרטי הביטוח לגבי מבוטח מסוים, יהיה תקף לתקופה שצוינה בדף פרטי הביטוח לצד אותו מצב רפואי מסוים.
