10. פעולות לאחר שפג תוקף הרשיון
(א)בעל הרשיון שתקפו פג, חייב לעשות לגבי שטח הרשיון וכל המצוי עליו את אותן הפעולות שיורה המפקח, העוזר למפקח, או הטכנולוג הראשי לבניה והדרושות לדעתו לשם בטיחות.
(ב)לא מילא בעל הרשיון כאמור אחר הוראות המפקח, העוזר למפקח, או הטכנולוג הראשי לבניה במשרד התעשיה, המסחר והתיירות, רשאי כל אחד מהם לעשות את הפעולות על חשבון בעל הרשיון.
